I met a recruiter at a career fair. I gave her my resume and also applied online. About a week later, one of the recruiters reached out to me. She asked me some basic questions, then scheduled a phone interview. A few days later, I had a phone interview with one of the senior sales representatives. She asked me some questions about my background, my experience and my understanding of Cellular Sales. I also got the opportunity to ask her questions about the opportunity. I was very impressed at the fact that she did advertising sales for 30 years and was with this company for 5 years and this is the best company she has ever been apart of. About a week later, the administrative assistant of the Regional Director in my area reached out to me to schedule an interview. The day of the interview, about 2 hours before the interview, I received a call that the interview had to be rescheduled. Interview was rescheduled for a week later due to the travel schedule of the RD. Finally had the interview. Was asked a number of questions related to my background, but also a lot of behavior type questions as well. I was able to ask questions as well. The Regional Director suggested that I check out the store. I checked out the store, met some of the reps and was able to ask them questions. One of the reps said he was with the company for 10 years. I then had to take a IQ test as well as a personality test online. A week later, after completing the assessment and not hearing back from them, I contacted the Regional Director regarding next steps. A day later, one of the lead reps and trainers from the store reached out to me to get my ID information. Then Snelling (the company you work for during training) reached out to me to fill out paperwork and schedule a drug test. Took the drug test the next day. They called me back the following day said I passed and offered me the position. I accepted. A couple of days later the lead rep called me with my start date. Other than my interview getting rescheduled and having to do a little follow up, I was very impressed with the overall company and the people. The leaders seemed great. The reps seemed very happy to be there. I'm very excited about working with this company.
