I applied online and was contacted within a few days to schedule an initial phone interview.
The phone interview consisted of standard questions, mostly fit and personality type questions. Greatest strengths and weaknesses, why sales, why Cellular Sales, what pleases and displeases you. Also asked to discuss moments of dealing with dissatisfied customers and best practices for maintaining repeat customers. Asked a few business-related questions ("what is your understanding of the opportunity?" "what is your understanding of the necessities of the opportunity (understanding S-corp/LLC)").
Online questionnaire was sent after passing the first round. It was very simple and straight forward - 6th grade math problems, etc. Then a personality test involving agreeing/disagreeing with statements in terms of both how you think management would like you to answer and how you personally would answer.
After passing this portion, a 1:1 interview was scheduled. My personal interview time was changed three times, each time within two hours of when the interview was to take place. After finally not having my interview cancelled, I went to the location that was listed on my appointment confirmation email to find that the party I was to meet had been sent a different location. I went to the second location and the interviewer was unable to open the email attachement of my resume his superior had sent him. Luckily I had brought an extra copy. This interview consisted of the exact same questions that were in the phone interview, verbatim.
