Professional and friendly interview. Good information provided beforehand and afterwards regarding onnparding procedure. Two members of staff interviewed and asked a fair amount of appropriate questions. Overall a very good interview experience.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years working within the Coop
One stage interview with the store manager. Interview was a casual conversation with some formal performance indicator questions looking at how previous experiences would play into the role, and then opportunity to ask own questions.
