Consumer Cellular Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

After filling out online application & completing assessment, you're called for a group interview. At that time, candidates take a tour of the contact center & are able to listen in on phone calls. Throughout the tour, candidates are provided a very scripted monologue on what a wonderful place Consumer Cellular is to work & how easy it is to be successful there. Then, job seekers are taken to an interview room to sit before a panel of 2-4 people & asked if they were still interested in interviewing for the position. The usual interview questions are asked & candidates are provided an opportunity to ask questions of their own.
