The lack of professional integrity in the final stages of the hiring process was extremely disappointing. After successfully clearing the L1 (70 minutes with local team) and L2 (60 minutes with the onsite team) rounds, I was explicitly confirmed by the local HR team that I was shortlisted for the final L3 round, tentatively scheduled for next week.
Despite following up and being told the process was "still on track," the final interview was never scheduled. The application was then closed via an impersonal, automated Workday notification few days back. This pattern of confirmation followed by process failure and impersonal rejection is highly unethical.
This sequence of confirmed progression followed by a sudden, unexplained termination is highly unprofessional and wasted significant candidate time.
The entire process, from initial contact to final automated rejection, wasted an entire month. However, I truly enjoyed both the L1 and L2 rounds and found the discussions with the panelists to be engaging and healthy.
