Standard process, serious thorough interview. Formal note taking and rounds with 5 members of the team meant multiple conversations similar in nature one after another. Supervisor appeared overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted at the start of the interview. Made me question work atmosphere. Curiously formal process.

Thorough many questions related to whether or not I would be looking for advancement within the company. Wasn't sure which way to play that. Committed for the short term, but long term aspirations? or state that I wouldn't be looking to work my way up the ladder to show loyalty? Or some combo? didn't get the job, so never found out which answer they were seeking.
