DISH Programming Specialist interview questions

Thorough many questions related to whether or not I would be looking for advancement within the company. Wasn't sure which way to play that. Committed for the short term, but long term aspirations? or state that I wouldn't be looking to work my way up the ladder to show loyalty? Or some combo? didn't get the job, so never found out which answer they were seeking.
