The hiring process was absolutely horrible. At the start of the process the hiring manager explicitly told me that they were extremely interested in my experience and would like to push me through the next 5 interviews as quickly as possible. I explained I had vacation the following week and hesitantly agreed to set up very early morning interviews while I was on vacation. One of the interviews during my vacation was scheduled incorrectly with the wrong Webex link and was cancelled after I already woke up at 5 am to join the meeting. After the final case study I was told that they were very interested and just had to reschedule the cancelled interview to please HR. We rescheduled that interview and was once again told how excited they were about my experience and that I should expect a call Friday regarding the position. I received a call on Friday afternoon with a request to schedule a meeting to discuss the position. I scheduled the meeting with the recruiter for later Friday morning, where I joined only to find out that it wasn’t a meeting for a job offer but to be told I was not receiving an offer. Who schedules a meeting to invite someone to tell them they didn’t get a job? If rushing applicants through the process with no respect to their schedule and breaking bad news the way they did is how they operate, then I wonder how horrible they treat their employees and patients. Overall I am glad I did not get an offer after my experience.
