phone screening, meeting with the hiring manager, then final interview is in person and you do a mock sales call. was told not to worry too much about technicality, to still do my research but not sweat it too much because they want to see more what your sales approach sounds like. went to the interview and did my pitch and answered questions what i thought were correct and well explained. i was told that i would hear back in 2 days but i never heard anything until a few days later i sent an email asking for an update. got a call from the recruiter a few minutes after sending the email and received some feedback: they liked your sales pitch but they said that you did not do enough research on datadog. apparently they want you to know every single detail and memorize everything about them as if im not interviewing at dozens of other places.
