Datadog Recruiter interview questions

This was disappointing for me as I had always thought they were a great company. My story in bulletpoints: - applied very early - application was rejected (mistakenly) - got an interview but no prep - eventually met the hm (nice guy) - didn’t get it (told they wanted to hire in Paris) - they hired two people from my location 😅 - was kindly offered a 2nd opportunity - got no prep - met the hm (had no context of who I was) - didn’t get it The main sore point was that I felt like I was late to the process and their minds were already made up. It was also disappointing that I received very little prep material from the recruiter, and the second hiring manager didn’t seem to know who I was or what I was interviewing for.

Zoom behavioral interviews, followed by a case study and then a final round interview with the hiring manager. Interview questions were standard and behavior-based. Case study revolved around sourcing prospective candidates for a requisition and then detailing why you selected those candidates.
