Are you using any data points ? If yes, which one and for what ? - Strategy to talk about Jr / senior candidates ? (About candidate and pipeline management). A stakeholder management interview: An interview with an Engineering Manager to talk about stakeholder management and organisation. Examples of questions you could expect : - Pitch quickly a position to him - Examples of situations you had to convinced candidates or HM - Relationship deep dive : coworker (preferred and least fav and why) - Example of challenge : loss of candidate, unfamiliar situation Bonus point : they may ask about your technical depth regarding engineering.
