First interview was a 30 minute call with a talent aquisition specialist. Basic overview of the position was given and I was able to ask questions. The talent aquisition specialist also provided tips on how to prepare for the next interview - prepare to talk about previous projects, the tech-stacks used and technical challenges which were faced.
Second interview was with director of engineering. The focus was more on technical aspects of projects where I previously worked and big picture topics. I was able to ask in-depth questions about processes, the team and overall direction of the company and product.
There was a considerable pause before I managed to get a confirmed timeslot for a technical interview.
The technical interview was with two senior team members. They also focused on my previous projects, the challenges, what I would have changed if I had the chance. There we also some code snippets provided which I had to explain.
Interview process ended with a follow-up from the talent aquisition specialist, an offer letter and then some negotiation around the salary and starting date.
