Human resources (HR) from ERM reached out to me to inquire about my interest in the job opening. I had two initial phone screenings with HR, one in-person interview with the team at the ERM offices, and one follow-up video conference interview. The team and the HR representatives were very nice and cooperated in scheduling the first interviews within a few days. After the in-person meeting, however, communications from ERM were seldom and not very timely. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the grammatical errors in the few written communications I received. I received a verbal offer and decided to decline.
