While the initial conversation was brief, I couldn't help but notice the recruiter's rush to conclude the call and move on to the next interview. She assured me that she would provide an update on the outcome/ next steps -if applicable, after consulting with the hiring manager. However, it has been three weeks, and I haven't received any updates. I sent a follow-up email, but regrettably, it went unanswered. As a candidate, I believe it's only reasonable to expect recruiters to be more considerate of people's time and deliver on their promises. Timely feedback and communication play a crucial role in the overall candidate experience, reflecting the company's professionalism and commitment to their potential employees.
