ERM Associate Project Manager interview questions

Received an email from a recruiter few days after applying online to schedule a phone screening interview. She rushed through few screening questions like “do you feel comfortable working from home?”. Questions that doesn’t have more than one answer. The interview took 7-8 minutes and she said she will forward my application to the hiring manager and they will let me know their decision by the end of the day, which seemed weird. I guess she had to call me to avoid any claim of discrimination or something or maybe she has interviews quotas. Received a rejection email at the end of the day which i already knew will happen. I saw all kind of weird stuff interviewing at different companies but this one was the weirdest.
