Epic Games Engineering interview questions

Was contacted by their internal recruiter and scheduled a screening. The initial interview went great and the person repeatedly told me that I am EXACTLY what they are looking for and I will be definitely hearing from them within a week for the next steps. He also mentioned that even if one of the open positions doesn't work out, he has another one for me. Left me feeling very optimistic. Got completely ghosted after this. Not even a "thank you but we decided to go with another candidate" courtesy rejection email. I followed up after some time, no response. Checked if the person was still employed with the company - he is, and very active on his LinkedIn. Completely unprofessional, and I would suggest to not waste your time,
