Applied through LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out after a month. Had initial call, where the recruiter told me about the company, role and kept stressing on how great the work culture is and kept stressing on how collaborative environment they prefer working in. The recruiter ghosted me after the call. There are a lot of reviews on Glassdoor with the same ghosting experience.
