I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and applied online, which was an easy application. I received an email requesting I take a personality and technical skills exam and sign up for a phone interview, which I did. The phone interview was a really nice conversation with someone in my position, they let me ask a lot of questions and gave me what seemed like honest answers. It wasn't a stressful or tricky interview, they definitely weren't trying to trick you.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
