I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied online, set up a phone interview, took a few short tests, then had an on campus interview. The phone interview was very simple, really to see that you're able to interact with people on the phone. The tests were comprised of a personality profile (the Remembrant) and a technical test that tested logical reasoning. Additionally, part of the technical aspect taught a fake programming language that you were later asked a few questions about. Very quick turn-around with this company.
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
