Epic has a very structured and streamlined interview process. After applying for the position, they reached out to me the next day to schedule an interview. I started with a phone screening interview and a remote proctored skills test (largely focused on logical reasoning). I was then flown out to Wisconsin for a day-long interview session, which included a company tour, a one-on-one interview, a round of case study questions, and a coding test (to determine role placement). Full accommodations were provided while I was out there, and everything was very professional and organized.
