I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jan 2016
Interview
(1) Phone interview with a TS person to go over your background (i.e. your major) - ask basic behavioral questions such as "Why Epic"? Also went over details of the position.
(2) Skills assessment test - consists of a personality test, a logic test, and a programming test. Assessment tests (logic and programming) are graded based on speed and accuracy.
(3) On-site interview - if you made it this far, Epic will pay for your travel expenses (hotel, cab, and airfare) for the on-site interview. You have the option to going out to dinner with one of the employees before the day of the actual interview. The actual interview itself consisted of demonstration of the software, case study (how to deal with clients), more employee assessment exams (verbal / logic), interacting with TS employees and an HR representative, and lunch. HR gets back to you in a week with an offer or not (but procedure gets expedited if you have another pending offer).
