Several rounds of interviews and a power point presentation, it was very relaxed, kind interviewers, but not entirely very transparent about the position and what it entails. The job pays on commission and they try their best to get away from that fact.

What is your greatest strength and greatest weakness?
The interview was fine, and the people were nice. I don’t think it’s the most trusting place to work just because of the reviews. They just explained what you’d do and what you’d want to do

Not that pleasant. A very aggressive saleswoman talked about why she should be earning more than other sales people based on merit. They also talked about the compensation structure. So, if you're not comfortable with a commission based role, you shouldn't interview.
