The entire process felt odd from the start. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and many of the questions were very culture-based. Their camera was always off as well, so I never actually spoke to someone in a conversational way. All of the interviews felt very scripted and fake. I asked several times about specifics about the job, what a day would look like, and what the benefits were and my questions were never answered. Anytime I tried challenging this, I was always answered with "I don't have the specifics on that". I understand in the initial screening, but even on the 3rd interview they still did not have answers for me. Many of the questions felt irrelevant to a job interview, such as what my Myers Briggs and Enneagram results are, if I'm more "OCD" than my best friend (Definitely a tad disrespectful to use a mental disorder as a descriptor), and if I'm sold on the company. A day after my final interview they asked for my social media accounts and I was ghosted after providing them. Pay would have been low, only hired on as an independent contractor (1099), and overall weird culture vibes. It's for the better it didn't work out.
