Starts off by having all those testing meet 15 minutes before start date. They gather your certificates and ask you to sit and wait. Eventually someone from HR comes out and talks to everyone about exceptions of employees what certifications the company requires before you can actually start. Then an EMT will talk to everyone about uniforms and exceptions, requirements, and why they are that way.
The actual interview is broken down by a skills test that is pretty easy and they give you the option of when to test.
The oral interview is random they call out names if you’re not skill testing you go interview. HR will also go over how the interview is and help guid you on how to answer before you actually go. The interview questions are easy enough simple things like how you deal with difficult people and how you helped change something in a past job.
They let you know by the end of the week if you got the job. But they can take a while for them to schedule an interview, took me a few months, but it only took my friend a couple of weeks
