Farmers Insurance Group interview questions

Contacted by third-party recruiter, did lengthy phone screen, answered additional questions, was ghosted and received no response to follow up email. Recruiter seemed to be reading an outline or script.

The first interview involved a brief phone call followed by an in-person interview scheduled on site. The interview lasted for 15 minutes or so. The general tone was conversational and there was a narrative on what to expect from the role and future opportunities.
