I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group
Interview
Interview was straight forward. I talked to a human resources person first. I then talked to the regional person to see if it was a fit for the position. Nothing too difficult. They were more of personality based questions vs an actual interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group
Interview
I met someone at the district 33 office for an interview. It was very informal with a few soft-skill questions. I left after being there for around 30 minutes, and then attended a second interview with a different employee. There was some sort of mix up as to which position I applied for, and I eventually discovered the funding for the position I wanted wasn't there yet. I wouldn't want to work there after the experience, and wasn't offered a position with them anyway.
