First Citizens Bank interview questions

Interviewed with a Portfolio Manager, and then a Managing Director. It was two interviews in the same day, morning and afternoon. Both very behavioral, kind of just a feeler. Talked about the orgs I was in. They truly just wanted to know if you have a good head on your shoulders and what you think makes you a good candidate.

First, I Met with the Talent Acquistionist / Sourcer. I appreciated their forthright honesty on some issues. Next, I met with my future executive’s both “chief of staff” and HR business partner together. They asked a question where there is no good answer. I felt as though they hadn’t taken time to prepare well. Then I met with my future executive and two other executives who I might provide ancillary support, all separately, but on the same day.
