one of the worst interview experiences, I think interviews are largely depend on the people you talk to, if you talk with a good engineer then you will expect some good experience even if you cannot solve the problem that they gave. But if you meet one of their worst employees then you will end up wasting your time. And this is one of the experience that I encountered with Flexport.
The phone technical interview is with some Mental guy. Who gave me a very ambiguous question, as a tech guy, everyone knows if an ambiguous interview question is thrown to you, you should ask as many clarification questions as possible. But this dude was terrible, not only try not to answer my question with "sure, ok, whatever,....", but also he didn't even know what himself is doing, he lost himself the entire interview. very stupid I would say, waste of time, waste your company's reputation.
