Flexport Software Engineer interview questions

Initial call with a recruiter followed by a Coderpad interview with an Engineer. The engineer was late for the interview and did not seem interested in the call. The questions he asked were relatively easy and I was able to complete with during the time given. The interviewer seemed unprepared and was able to answer questions at the end of interview regarding their technical stack and the choices they made.

Had a phone screen scheduled Phone screen was a little disorganized. Never was told how the phone screen would work, if someone would be calling me, or use a hangout or w/e. Interviewer contacted me a little before the interview asking if I had skype to which I said no so he just called me on my cell. Phone screen started off with talking about a project that I "iterated" on a couple of times. That took about 10 minutes. Afterwards got asked a technical coding question which I used codeshare to write up. Codeshare made it really easy for me to write the code and have the interviewer review what I was writing. I explained my thought process as I was writing the code. Technical question wasn't hard but I didn't think through all the different test scenarios so I had to rework a portion of my code.
