Overall, one of the most fulfilling and personable interviews I have done.
I started off my process with a phone-call with a recruiter, where I got to talk a lot about myself and help her get a holistic understanding about what role I was interested in and what I was looking for in my career.
Then, I had a technical phone interview with one of the Flexport engineers. To start off, he gave me an example of how a shipment gets to my home and described how Flexport plays into each part of the freight-forwarding process. Then, we moved on to the problem and the interviewer was very engaged and interactive throughout the process.
Then, I moved-on to the onsite, where there were 4 interviews. Beyond just the technical questions, I could really feel that the engineers at Flexport were incredibly driven and passionate when they talked about the products and tools that they’re building at Flexport.
After receiving an offer, my recruiter connected me with multiple resources and people that would help me make my decision. Everyone at Flexport was incredibly supportive and prioritized on giving me the best place for my professional and personal growth. Flexport is truly a company that invests a lot in the people who work there, and no doubt, will be a company that will create enormous impact to the freight-forwarding industry.
