As I remember they first send you a quick quiz whit some easy questions but not much time and you should do it online. then if you pass they call you for an interview which is very friendly and simple. It is just a short conversation between you and the team lead.

First Step: 30 minutes logic test, including math, stat, and cs.
Second Step: 30 minutes chat with HR, most of behavior questions, and little tech questions.
Third Step: Meet with VP, most of tech questions, and introduction of GeoTab.

Three phase:
1st: 42 logical(Mathematics, English) and technical(predict output of small programs) questions, to be completed in 30mins
2nd: 1 hour long HR interview: Grill down to minute details of the whole career phase, 1 or 2 HR personnel, Why you chose this career? why did you go to this school? etc.
3rd: 1 hour long technical round. Detail coding language question of your choice. Algorithmic questions can be expected. Questions about entity framework, sql, c#, javascript. detailed questions.
