Globe Life Liberty National Division Manager-In-Training interview questions

I think this was a scam. I was brought in for a Training Manager interview and it ended up being a meeting about selling insurance. I was there for over three hours listening to the agency owner talk in a room with five other people. I should have left, but wanted to be polite. Another person in the group did get up and leave. They did not return. They also said they would call me that day. They did not. I would not have proceeded in the process, but frankly I was pretty frustrated that they wasted over three hours of my day. I do NOT recommend pursuing an opportunity here. It was one of the strangest professional events to ever happen to me.

Cattle Call, they will hire anybody after the Owner talks about how awesome he is for 3 hours and shows you some interesting power points. You get seen one on one, they if you want you to come back for a final interview where you have to pay to work for the company. You will be hired as a manager, but everybody starts out as an agent.
