I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto in Aug 2023
Interview
I only did the first call with a recruiter. I said no to further interviews because the ISR role offers no commissions and its a $25/hr pay. They said 2-3 years for advancement to AE role from ISR.
I got hired in 2 weeks time. First the recruiter call it's about the highlight and job overview of the job and asking few questions about your availability and your experience. 2nd matching with your time availability. Make sure to actually learn the rise and values of the company I think that's why i got hired. 3rd is 3 set of interviews with actual managers in gusto. Tips: make your personal and professional story into a conversation and ask follow up questions instead of technical questions ask were there values stand and listen to their tone as well. This is what made me switch I was already working on another company but the interaction I had in the interview was really good and I eventually took the job. The funny part the first person I saw and interviewed became my supervisor 🤣.
