- HM Phone Screen (45 mins): Past experience, skillset and role alignment - Technical Interview (60 mins): Live coding SQL, experiment case study and Python (pandas). Slightly open-ended. SQL is focused on lead generation to signup time/conversion, and followup case study and Python is on designing and analyzing experiment to compare signup conversion rates. - Onsite, 4 rounds: - XFN Partnership (60 mins): Worked through hypothetical Gusto new product launch case study with a PM. - Technical (60 mins): Walk through code of a previous DS project to describe procedure and code up improvements to a predictive linear model. - Behavorial (30 mins): Typical behavioral and culture fit interview. - Technical Case Study (45 mins): Data case study that ties in technical and ethical aspects of fraud prediction that may use a discriminating variable.
