Overall, I was extremely pleased with the interview process. The company was really effectively able to bring humanity into the interviews and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Upon receiving my acceptance via phone, Gusto even had my interviewers on the line to explain how I did well and why I was accepted for the position.
-60 minute OA with 3 relatively easy questions (leetcode easys, mostly).
-15 minute phone screen to determine location preference (everyone passes)
-60 minute technical screen (not a leetcode question, but roughly the difficulty of a medium)
-Final round: 30 minute behavioral followed by 90 minute technical. For the behavior, just study the company's principles, and really figure out how you embody them (with examples). For the technical, you will be given a relatively easy real-life question. If you've made it this far, you should have all the capability to solve it. Just make sure that you explain your thought process effectively during the technical.
