This review of the interview and the process is my own impression:
Scheduled an interview for one day and was rescheduled to the next day. Asked about office policies in regards to protecting the workforce as they RTO, and found they are not up to date with the current candidate market in regards to flexible hours and working from home. Asked about their internal structure and got the impression of disorganization and favoritism right off the bat. The recruiter didn't appear knowledgeable about diversity and instead cited what two individuals are doing to foster an environment for diversity vs actionable steps the company has taken to support diverse voices and employees from underprivileged communities, and could not comfortably define how they help and support their "gusties" growth, professionally.
Was offered a next step interview to speak to what they call a "PE" and denied the invitation.
