Gusto Product Manager interview questions

Phone screen focused on a product business case On-site had three interviewers: design, behavioral, product. Design interview focused on a new Gusto feature. Product interview focused on brainstorming new SMB features. The behavioral interview was standard behavior questions: what makes you tick, etc. The biggest process turn off is their focus on Gusto features. Most companies stay away from having interviewers do work the company may use while interviewing. Not Gusto. They figure they might as well get interviewers to provide product improvement ideas. Major turnoff.
