HSBC Customer Service Consultant interview questions

Two tasks were given to complete. One task where you had organise events during the day within different time interval. The other task was a customer role-play scenario. One positive note is that they gave me an immediate decision about the interview outcome. The biggest negative is that for some reason, they wouldn't let me use the toilet. I arrived around 10 minutes before the interview and asked one the staff members if I could use the restroom. They said due to security reasons they wouldn't allow me to use it. I wasn't familiar with the location of the bank so I didn't want to risk being late for the interview. Unfortunately, I had to hold it in and this completely disrupted my interview process. I couldn't concentrate half the time and was very distracted. I should have told the interviewers about my situation but I highly doubt that they would have any sympathy or that would have changed the outcome of the interview.

Passed a online situational online assessment and then proceeded to a telephone interview within the next few days, then organised a face to face interview. Everything went really quickly took less than a month.
