I was contacted via phone initially & we set up a phone call to do a technical screening within a couple days of the initial contact. I was also encouraged to consult a couple people I knew who already worked at H.C. during that time.
The technical phone screening felt fairly in depth, but appropriate for the role as I understood it. It was mainly targeted at finding out whether I really knew what my resume said I knew, so it didn't feel terribly difficult to me, but it wasn't super simple either.
After the technical interview I had a couple of interviews with team members & leaders within the organization. I was impressed with the way the interviews were conducted, the humility the leaders showed in the conversations, and the willingness to speak openly about the companies culture, expectations, and any questions I wanted to ask.
I was excited when an offer was extended quickly after the interview process. The entire process moved along quickly & did not feel any more drawn out than necessary. I don't know if other's experience was the same, but I was impressed with the efficiency of the process.
