I reached out to Highspot after having used their product in a previous role. The recruiter was incredible, knowledgeable about the product, the company, and the culture. With no intention of uprooting for a job, she convinced me to fly across the country for my interview. The recruiter prepared me for over an hour prior to the interview with different scenarios, questions, and context.
