Howden Graduate Role interview questions

Phone call with an agency, that was vague about the job role but just keen on someone interested in the company. Then after one month, I had an interview with two people. It was said to be a general interview just about me and my interests. Then it turns out to be a specific job role question that I was not even aware of. Any words mentioned were turned against me as they were so aggressive towards me and they said red flag we are not an underwriter which I have never said they were! rude staff! I would never work with such a team or company that cannot even keep their appearance in the interview.
