Howden Senior Case Manager interview questions

Received a cold call from HR about a position I hadn't applied for (I had previously applied for another position, so, they had my resume on file). The purpose of the call was not made clear at the start. Caller asked if I had a minute to talk, to which I obliged, she then jumped straight into a formal interview, to which I also obliged to answer. They did not repay the courtesy, however, and 12 weeks later I have not heard back about the outcome of the call, or anything. The caller was self-serving, and not genuine at all. Perhaps the purpose of the call was to glean insights on competitors ? Who knows. It was very rude anyhow.
