Ipsos Graduate Research Executive interview questions

Online application including questions to assess knowledge of industry and role area. Gamefied psychometric tests using Arctic Shores to assess personality traits followed by a skype interview with a member of the HR team.

After completing an initial set of application questions I was quickly approached for a 30-minute Skype interview with someone outside of ipsos and was asked to complete some gamified psychometric tests and send over my CV in the meantime. This interview was fairly informal and helped to explain the job further. I was then invited for an assessment centre which this year was virtual because of Covid. This consisted of 4 stages. A second interview which was 1 hour and had 2 interviewers. They asked lots of general questions and also some competency-based questions about how you display their core values etc. There was then an individual task which was unknown until the timeslot. I then gave a presentation which I prepared in advance presenting data & making suggestions to answer key client questions about a product launch and answer questions. Then finally I took part in a group task which had us doing similar work to the individual task and presentation in a group of 4.
