I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (London, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
The process started with a Skype interview with their HR partner, followed by a gamified test. The video interview was really nice and the recruiter was lovely, but I did not like the test very much. It was not massively difficult, it just seemed to be testing mostly reflexes.
The face to face interview was a really lovely experience. I interviewed with two directors of research, and it was a fairly informal, very informative conversation.
The interview started with introductions from everyone, where I explained what got me into market research. I was then asked more details about my previous job, and I was asked to explain what I felt each of Ipsos' core values meant (integrity, curiosity, etc). Most other questions were very interesting and more related to commercial awareness (along the lines of "why would client x not be able to focus on y?" - "what are companies in x sector doing to demonstrate y?").

Interview
After submitting the online application (3 motivational questions), I was invited to a Skype interview with a recruitment partner. They mostly asked me about my experience, achievements and motivations (why IPSOS, why market research, why this role). Also, I had to complete a gamified test.
Applied for role online. Contacted for Skype Interview with recruiter. Further contacted to complete online assessments. Assessments were numerical, involving analysing tables, figures and so on. Also qualitative assessments involving reading info, interpreting statements and answering questions on statements. Third type of assessment involving recognising patterns. All assessments timed, increasing degree of difficulty somewhat.
