Ipsos Graduate Research Executive interview questions

Applied online and put through to a telephone interview which was mainly motivational (Why Market Research? Why Ipsos? How would you conduct market research for a client?) with one competency question (Tell me about a time you solved a complex problem). Through to the AC which was an enjoyable experience - great people, very friendly and approachable as were other candidates. Consisted of written task, group exercise and one hour long interview with two managers. Written task - spot the errors in data and write a client brief with recommendations.
