When was the last time you had FIVE rounds of interviews with a company, provided two great references, and they still declined you?
The entire interview process basically felt like whiplash. I was interviewed five times within the span of 10 days, once in-person at the White Plains office (which I had to take a day off from work for), re-interviewed by the same person twice, quickly asked for two references, and given every impression that they were serious about my candidacy.
Then I was told that they would stop stringing me along and was going to proceed with another candidate with more experience.
Easily the most frustrating interview experiences I've ever had, and it's a shame because the company mission is great and the interviewers themselves seem like great people.
Interviewing is always full of emotions and stress, but the process at Ivy Rehab takes the cake for one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had.
