JCPenney Customer Service interview questions

I applied at there kiosk and 2 weeks later recieved an email from the HR bout an open interview i got there and it was 8 of us we was told to think of an adjective that began wit the first letter of our name and than played a block game after that they talked in the hall for a few for who made it to 2nd part of the interview it was only one other high school student and we both didn't make it

After turning in my application online, about a week later I called and was given an interview time right there. The interview was comfortable and friendly. There was a manager and a Training manager in the room.
