I applied online. I interviewed at Lumen (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2020
Interview
The entire interview process was so impersonal. I heard nothing from HR or recruiter. I just got an email to record an interview and send it over. May be it makes sense for junior position but not for leadership role.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lumen
Interview
Absolute Joke. Over a 3 month period interviewed initially with HR then various Directors culminating in final interview with Senior VP then crickets. Still show as under consideration in HR portal but can't get a response from anyone about status. Internal personal (Director level) contact says this isn't uncommon. Don't waste your time with them, incredibly disorganized and unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Usual management question about past performance, future go-to-market strategy etc
The interviewers don't respond to emails, follow-ups, or phone calls. Real humans are unresponsive and the jobs are not available. The company is not really hiring, they just want to drive traffic to their website.
