Lumen expects you to submit a resume and cover letter, then answer 2 pages of questions that could be answered by looking at both of those documents. But the icing on the cake is that they also require you to submit a video, which takes the place of the usual phone screening, in order to even be considered for an actual interview. Why am I expected to do the work of an applicant AND recruiter?
