I had an initial conversation with the Recruiter that went well. The next week I was given a tech screen which was just talking about my experience. It was a hard paced Q & A that lacked personality & enthusiasm for the company. The next week I did the all day, 4 panel conversations. The conversations themselves where Neutral. Some where great and some where like talking to wet cardboard. This was a negative experience. It was unorganized, one direction, and time consuming. I learned about my tech screen the day before. I never received a calendar invite. It's just an email with a LinkedIn account of my interviewer and a zoom link, "be here at this time tomorrow". That's difficult on someone who is already working full time. For my all day, I was given a heads up that it might be later in the week. The recruiter would not respond to any of my clarifying questions. Then, the day before, _at the end of the day_, I get the confirmation and schedule (no calendar invite). I never heard from them again. In a time where everyone is interviewing and no one is hiring, I would pass on this experience.
